Practically Perfect is dedicated to you and your family's health and wellness. Our practice focuses on a lifetime of mending and healing, and our staff is committed to providing all the members of your family, regardless of age, gender, sex, or need.

We support a variety of patient needs, including:

  • Pediatric screening, assessment and treatment

  • Support for parents experiencing pregnancy, childbirth and beyond

  • Guidance with toileting issues with toddlers, children and teens

  • Treatment of any bowel, bladder or sexual issues for adults or children

  • Decreasing or preventing pelvic pain/ discomfort

  • Wellness programs to maintain therapy gains

  • Aiding you with all of your orthopedic and neurological care needs

Like the pieces of a puzzle, medical issues can leave a person feeling overwhelmed and needing help identifying, organizing and prioritizing what's happening in the body.

Dr. Mora Pluchino and her team of exemplary and caring professionals serves as experts in gathering all of the symptoms and issues you have experienced and will help you improve whatever is troubling you. With their years of clinical experience, therapy skills, easy to access resources, and trusted referrals you will feel comfortable and secure in this space.

We encourage you to bring your prior experiences, instincts, personal research, theories and preferences/opinions to the table so that we can work together to create a plan of care that will help you and your family feel practically perfect in every way. Our Team

Mora Pluchino, DPT

CEO & Founder

Mora graduated from Stockton University with her BS in Biology and Doctorate of Physical Therapy. She began treating Pelvic Health Patients in 2016. She has years of experience treating all ages and genders with a variety of Pelvic Health dysfunctions.

She has completed her Herman and Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Practitioner Certification, having completed over 2000 hours of direct patient care in Pelvic Health and related areas. She has worked as a physical therapist for over thirteen years and she loves carrying a diverse caseload.

She has experience in a variety of areas and settings, working with children and adults, including orthopedics, bracing, neuromuscular issues, vestibular issues, and robotics training.

Nicole Sturgill, DPT

Pediatric Program Coordinator

Nicole graduated from Stockton University with a Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy in 2012 and a BA in Biology in 2010. She worked at Bacharach Institute for Rehabilitation for 10 years. Nicole has experience as a physical therapist in outpatient orthopedics, robotics, vestibular, concussion therapy and neurological conditions. She has a special passion for treating the pediatric population.

Nicole is dedicated to improving the function and mobility of children and adults of all ages so they can live a healthy, active lifestyle with friends and family.

Qualifications include instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM), LSVT Big certification, continuing education for Vestibular/ Concussion therapy and pediatric pelvic floor treatment.

Becky Gordy, DPT

Physical Therapist

Becky received her Doctorate in PT from Rutgers University in 2018. She has spent the majority of her career practicing outpatient physical therapy, treating everything from athletic injuries and joint replacements to back pain and TMJ. She was the team PT at Goldey-Beacom College from 2018-2020.

Prior to moving back to NJ, she practiced in a small, physical therapist-owned clinic that focused on pelvic floor therapy as their orthopedic therapist, enjoying working in a clinic that felt like family.

Becky’s favorite thing is getting her patients back to doing the things they enjoy most. She enjoys getting to know her patients and showing them that while PT is hard work, it can also be fun - in every job that must be done there is an element of fun!

Brittany Clark, PT, DPT

Physical Therapist

Brittany earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine in 2017 after completing her BS in Public Health at Stockton University in 2015. She has advanced training in orthopedic and pelvic floor rehabilitation, including coursework through Herman & Wallace and a Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist certification.After experiencing her own postpartum challenges, Brittany became passionate about pelvic health and empowering others through education, movement, and compassion.

Amanda Moran, OTR/L

Occupational Therapist

Amanda graduated from Thomas Jefferson University with a BS in Occupation and Health and an MS in Occupational Therapy. She began her career in outpatient hand therapy, treating patients of all ages with upper extremity and hand diagnoses. Amanda later transitioned to school-based and Early Intervention services, supporting children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, developmental delays, and sensory processing challenges. With a passion for helping her patients regain functional skills, Amanda is dedicated to creating supportive, empowering therapy.

Randi

Front Desk

Randi has been keeping things running smoothly at Practically Perfect PT since October 2023. As our Office Manager, she wears many hats—answering calls and texts, verifying insurance, obtaining authorizations, coordinating with provider offices, greeting patients, managing prescriptions, organizing our space, folding laundry, and even adding seasonal flair with her decorating skills. Though new to healthcare, you'd never know it—Randi brings a rare blend of efficiency, friendliness, and genuine care to everything she does.
