☂️ Practically Perfect Physical Therapy in 2026: A Warm Welcome (or Welcome Back!)
The start of a new year often comes with a mix of emotions. For some, January feels hopeful and energizing. For others, it feels overwhelming, heavy, or filled with quiet promises like “maybe this is the year I finally take care of this.”
Wherever you’re landing as we enter the new year, we want you to know this first and foremost:
YOU ARE WELCOME HERE!
Whether you’ve worked with us before, heard about us through a friend, stumbled across us online, or are just beginning to wonder if what you’re experiencing is something that could actually be helped — this space is for you.
Who We Are (and Why We Do Things Differently)
At Practically Perfect Physical Therapy, we provide private one-on-one, personalized physical therapy care in a calm, supportive, and judgment-free environment. We believe healthcare should feel human, collaborative, and empowering — not rushed, intimidating, or dismissive.
We take insurance, we listen carefully, and we tailor care to you.
Our approach is rooted in education, evidence-based practice, and the understanding that all bodies are complex, adaptive, and deserving of thoughtful care at every stage of life. Our patients range from newborns to teens, adults to seniors and all folks in between.
You Don’t Have to “Just Live With It”
Many people walk through our doors after being told — explicitly or implicitly — that their symptoms are just something they have to accept.
“That’s normal after having kids.”
“That’s just part of getting older.”
“That’s what happens with stress.”
“That’s expected after surgery.”
“It’s all in your head.”
While many symptoms are common, they are not normal — and they are often treatable.
A new year is not about fixing yourself, but rather about recognizing when support could help you flourish both physically and mentally. Read on for a summary of our practice’s offerings & services.
Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy: Taboo is Dead
Pelvic health is one of the most misunderstood — and under-supported — areas of healthcare. Yet it affects so many aspects of daily life for both women and men. All human bodies have pelvic floors.
We provide pelvic health physical therapy for concerns including:
Bladder leakage, urgency, or frequency
Bowel issues like constipation or difficulty emptying
Pelvic pain or pressure
Pain with intimacy
Prolapse symptoms
Core and abdominal concerns
Pregnancy and postpartum recovery
Our care is inclusive of all genders and life stages, and always rooted in consent, education, and respect. Pelvic health concerns are common — but suffering in silence isn’t.
Pregnancy & Postpartum Care: Support Beyond the Six-Week Visit
Pregnancy and postpartum recovery deserve more than vague advice and a single follow-up appointment.
We support pregnant and postpartum individuals through:
Pregnancy-safe movement and strength support
Birth preparation education
Pelvic floor and core recovery
Pain management
Return-to-activity guidance
Nervous system regulation and body awareness
We also offer Birth Prep classes and Baby+Me Play Skills classes, designed to empower pregnant parents and families with knowledge, confidence, and community.
Healing doesn’t follow a calendar, and recovery doesn’t end at six weeks. We’re here for the whole journey.
Pediatric Care: Supporting Development Through Play
Babies and children develop through movement, exploration, and play. Early support from physical therapists can make a meaningful difference.
Our pediatric services focus on:
Early developmental screening
Head shape and positioning concerns
Torticollis and neck mobility
Core strength and movement patterns
Sensory regulation and coordination
Our free weekly Baby+Me Play Skills classes offer a low-pressure, supportive environment where caregivers learn what’s typical, what’s flexible, and when additional support may help while building confidence and community.
Bone Health & Aging Well: Strength, Balance, and Confidence
Bone health is about far more than avoiding fractures. It’s about maintaining independence, confidence, and quality of life.
We support individuals navigating:
Osteopenia and osteoporosis
Balance concerns and fall risk
Strength changes related to aging or menopause
Fear of movement after injury or diagnosis
Through education, strength training, balance work, and individualized care, we help people move with confidence — not fear.
Aging does not equate to fragility. It instead calls for education and adaptation.
Orthopedic & Neurological Care: Helping You Move Through Life
Pain and movement limitations affect how you work, sleep, exercise, and engage with the world.
We provide care for:
Back, neck, and joint pain
TMJ and jaw pain
Headaches
Balance and dizziness concerns
Neurological conditions
Post-surgical recovery
Return-to-activity and sport
Our goal is not just symptom relief, but helping you understand your body and move forward with clarity and confidence.
Dry Needling: A Targeted Tool for Stubborn Pain
Dry needling can be a powerful tool when used skillfully and appropriately. It helps calm overactive muscles, reduce pain, and improve movement.
What Is Dry Needling Therapy?
Dry needling is a skilled physical therapy technique used to help calm overactive or painful muscles. It uses a very thin, sterile needle (similar to acupuncture needles, but used differently) to target tight muscle bands, commonly called trigger points. The goal is to help the muscle relax, improve blood flow, and move more normally.
Is Dry Needling Safe?
Yes — when performed by trained physical therapists.
We use single-use, sterile needles and follow strict safety guidelines.
Your therapist will always explain the process and get your consent before treatment.
At PPPT, dry needling may be offered:
As part of regular therapy sessions
Through focused intensive sessions for persistent symptoms
Ask your therapist if dry needling is RIGHT for you.
Community Classes & Education: Because Knowledge Is Power
We believe education is one of the most effective forms of healthcare. Through workshops, group classes, and community collaborations, we aim to make healthcare feel approachable, empowering, inclusive, and practical.

Yes, We Take Insurance (and We Help You Navigate It)
Healthcare is complicated enough — accessing it shouldn’t be.
We accept insurance and work closely with patients to help them understand their benefits and options. If you’re unsure where to start, our administrative team is here to help guide you through the process. Call or text (609) 300-3963 to speak with Randi or Megan at the front desk.
A New Year, A Gentle Invitation
You don’t need a dramatic resolution to deserve care.
You don’t need to wait until things are past untenable.
You don’t need to know exactly what’s wrong.
If something feels off… if you’re curious… if you’re ready to feel better supported — that’s enough.
