Practically Perfect is dedicated to you and your family's health and wellness. Our practice focuses on a lifetime of mending and healing, and our staff is committed to providing all the members of your family, regardless of age, gender, sex, or need. We support a variety of patient needs, including:

Our Team

Mora

Mora Pluchino, DPT

CEO & Founder

Mora graduated from Stockton University with her BS in Biology and Doctorate of Physical Therapy. She began treating Pelvic Health Patients in 2016. She has years of experience treating all ages and genders with a variety of Pelvic Health dysfunctions.

She has completed her Herman and Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Practitioner Certification, having completed over 2000 hours of direct patient care in Pelvic Health and related areas. She has worked as a physical therapist for over thirteen years and she loves carrying a diverse caseload.

She has experience in a variety of areas and settings, working with children and adults, including orthopedics, bracing, neuromuscular issues, vestibular issues, and robotics training.

Jessica

Jessica Soltys

Physical Therapist

Jessica graduated from Stockton University with a Master’s in Physical Therapy in 2001 and a BS in Biology in 1999, is a Certified Integrated Manual Therapist through Great Lakes Seminars, and recently graduated massage school.

She has experience in outpatient orthopedics, homecare, and outpatient physical therapy in the home. Jessica specializes in orthopedic issues including low back pain, neck pain, headaches, jaw pain, foot/ankle injuries, and shoulder pain. Jessica treats with a manual therapy and holistic approach, seeking the “driver” of pain/dysfunction.

Qualifications include manual therapy (soft tissue mobilization, muscle energy techniques, joint mobilization), cupping, instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization, blood flow restriction therapy (BFRT), and LSVT Big certified.

Beth

Beth Ann Balestrieri Schumacher

Physical Therapist

Beth earned her Masters of PT from Philadelphia College of Pharmacy and Science in 1991. Her experience includes acute care, acute and subacute rehabs, outpatient orthopedics, and skilled nursing facilities. She feels her job as a PT is to empower patients with knowledge so they can have an active part in their healing.

Some professional achievements and experiences include APTA CAPP cert for Pelvic Health/PF, LSVT Big, foot reflexology certification, studied Thai Yoga Bodywork, aquatic therapy and hippotherapy through clinical rotation, and licensed massage therapist.

Beth treats patients under the Practically Perfect umbrella and is also owner of Changing Tides Myofascial Release, which offers private myofascial sessions and treatment.

Nicole

Nicole Sturgill, DPT

Pediatric Program Coordinator

Nicole graduated from Stockton University with a Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy in 2012 and a BA in Biology in 2010. She worked at Bacharach Institute for Rehabilitation for 10 years. Nicole has experience as a physical therapist in outpatient orthopedics, robotics, vestibular, concussion therapy and neurological conditions. She has a special passion for treating the pediatric population.

Nicole is dedicated to improving the function and mobility of children and adults of all ages so they can live a healthy, active lifestyle playing with friends and family.

Qualifications include instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM), LSVT Big certification, continuing education for Vestibular/ Concussion therapy and pediatric pelvic floor treatment.

Emily

Emily Fitzpatrick, DPT

Physical Therapist

Emily earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Stockton University in 2020. She is currently pursuing her Pelvic Rehabilitation Practitioners Certification through the Herman and Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute.

As a former collegiate athlete and avid yogi, she understands the importance of balancing life while honoring your body’s needs. Emily prides herself in creating an environment which fosters a holistic, patient centered, safe environment for healing.

She values your personal goals and honors your comfort zone; Emily will work with you to craft the best individualized plan of care for your therapeutic needs. She has worked in pelvic health, acute care, and pediatrics. She is also a certified Yin yoga instructor.
